How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders received before 11 AM Eastern will usually ship the same day or next business day. A few products to require longer prep time and may have a slightly longer lead time. Orders shipped to the East coast are generally delivered in 2 to 4 business days while the West Coast is 5 to 6 business days. Once your order ships you will receive tracking information at the email address provided on the order.
How will my product be shipped?
Ampro uses FedEx Ground for most shipments. Adhesives and wood will be sent FedEx Freight. For adhesives, a lift gate can be provided at no cost to you. For unfinished wood, all orders can be shipped to a residence with a lift gate, a business, or picked up at the shipping terminal. FedEx will reach out to set an appointment to have the wood delivered at the phone number on the order.
What qualifies for Free shipping?
Wood orders above 500 square feet qualify for free shipping via FedEx Freight. Supply orders over $300 qualify for free FedEx Ground shipping.
What if part of my order is damaged?
Each item is carefully packaged and shipped in order to avoid damage. If your order gets damaged or missing please note it with the driver, if possible, and let us know. We know timing is an important factor and want to make every effort to complete your order. We recommend confirming all products have arrived undamaged and correct before scheduling any work.
